The Freeholders of the gardens are both long term residents and by selling a very limited number of accesses are in the process of securing the future of our beloved gardens.  Accesses are being sold to those who want a peaceful retreat from the hurly-burly of West London and who live in the close vicinity.

A few access deeds have already been sold allowing the buyer, their family and guests to use the gardens at any time in compliance with the garden bye-laws. The gardens include a summer grass tennis court. 

200 year access deed £35 000

The right of access is annexed to your property deeds and lodged at the Land Registry.

10 year non renewable access agreement £10 000

Subject to availability, the Freeholders have decided to offer a very limited number of a new type of  agreement.

Daily access rate for trades people £100 

1 year access £3 000

10 year £10 000

200 year LLA £30 000

Personal Lifetime Access £35 000

There is also an annual garden maintenance levy payable to the garden committee, charged in line with other band G properties, this is currently £300.
